Chef de Partie – Luxury hotel – Live in Available
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a Luxury 4 red Star Hotel located in the heart of the Lake District The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. Joining an established head chef and team you will work alongside the kitchen brigade producing 2AA rosette level food.
The Perks
The Chef de Partie will receive:
- Basic annual salary from £32,000 upwards
- Tip between £250-£500 a month on top of basic
- Pension
- Onsite parking
- Meals on Duty
- Live in available from £72 a week

Our client is a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Lake District
The Hotel is a charming country retreat with just over 20 bedrooms and an award-winning restaurant in Ambleside
The Person
The Chef de Partie will have:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style venue
- Ideally from a rosette background (2 AA rosette)
- Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
- Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
- Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best fresh, seasonal produce
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Happy to attend a days working trial- accommodation can be provided.
