OFG is prioritising employee wellbeing by participating in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week. This initiative offers the opportunity to work one day less each week while still receiving pay for five days. The aim of this trial is to enhance work/life balance for all employees. If successful, OFG plans to implement the 4DWW more broadly across the organisation.
