A Korean speaking Finance Manager is required to join a global advertising and marketing group on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. This position has arisen due to an increased workload following the acquisition of a successful media brand.
Reporting into the Korean speaking Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial oversight of a key division. This is a high-impact role offering excellent visibility and strong progression potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving consolidation processes, and enhancing forecasting and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards
- Deliver commercial and financial insights to senior management
- Support finance leadership in performance and chargeability analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Manage an efficient and accurate month-end close process
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater control and visibility
Skill Set Required:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or marketing industries preferred
- Strong technical knowledge in financial consolidation and reporting
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and efficiency in finance functions
- Korean language skills are advantageous
