The company is currently seeking a Social Media and Content Executive to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and foster community engagement, all while supporting the marketing team’s initiatives.

The business was founded in 2021 by Richard Hilton (Gymbox founder and ex-CEO) and Paul Campbell (board member / investor of Hawksmoor, Blacklock, Yard Sale Pizza, the Alchemist, amongst others) and is private equity-backed. Fairgame currently operates a venue in Canary Wharf which opened in October 2022 and welcomes over 330,000 people a year. A second (even bigger!) London location is due to openin the City of Londonthis autumn.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and passionate individual with a sense of humour and bags of personality to join our marketing team as a Social Media and Content Executive. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with our team to shape and share the Fairgame experience with the world.

What you will do:

  • Creative Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content for TikTok and Instagram that showcases the Fairgame experience. From shoot to edit, your creativity will be key in crafting stories that resonate with our audience.

  • Social Media Management: Work with the Marketing team to plan and schedule a content calendar for all social media platforms.

  • Community Management: Actively manage and grow our online community. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant community that reflects the excitement of Fairgame.

  • Assist with Marketing Tasks: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support various initiatives and launch of new venue, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Who you are:

  • A creative thinker with the ability to create innovative content, generate fresh ideas and interpret trends.

  • Passionate about social media trends and digital content.

  • Ability to capture and edit video content.

  • You have an eye for photography and slick editing.

  • Experience of CapCut, Canva (or equivalent), as well as scheduling software such as Sprout or Sked.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.

  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
