Set in the heart of Marylebone, 108 Brasserie, houses two distinctive areas; the bar, a chic and sophisticated drinking and dining area and the brasserie’s dining space, where its modern global cuisine take centre stage. Its idyllic terrace – lavishly adorned with green foliage – provides a tranquil spot to sit back and enjoy the British summertime. The interiors, designed by Alexander Waterworth Interiors, reflect 108 Brasserie’s traditional style with a modern twist. Rich red leather and burnt orange mohair upholstery combined with beautiful parquet and a dark stained oak bar creates a stylish and inviting environment.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Waiter/Waitress you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.
Friendly and knowledgeable about our menus and offers you will be the face and heart of the 108 Brasserie. Your will be the reason why our guests want to dine with us again and again. You will be covering lunch and dinner service – you will provide a great cocktail experience and share your knowledge and passion for wine, cocktails and food with both customers and colleagues.
