Hillbark Hotel is seeking enthusiastic individuals for its Food & Beverage department in Wirral. Successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service across its dining room, bars, and various events. Ideal applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer care. They must be willing to learn about fine dining and silver service while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will often include weekends and late finishes. Full training and a uniform will be provided, with salaries starting at £28,600 per year for full-time positions.

Hillbark Hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our teams at the Hillbark Hotel & Spa,Wirral, for its Food & Beverage department.As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our 5 star, 3AA Rosette Chef Kevin Lynn’s Dining Room & Cellar Restaurants, 2 Bars, Weddings, Events, Breakfasts, Afternoon Teas and Corporate Hospitality.The ideal candidate will:

  • Work as a hands on member of the restaurant team, communicating with kitchen, events and other
  • departments, ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail.
  • Show enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer care with an
  • approachable and friendly manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the front and back of house areas of the hotel toa 5* Standard.
  • Capable of understanding Menus, Fine-Dining and Silver Service or willing to train in these areas.
  • Assist in preparations and set-up for meetings and events.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and multitask. Must be a team-player.
  • Have the ability to use their own initiative.
  • Have a positive Can Do attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and exceed the expectations ofeven the most discerning costumer while delivering excellence in service and hospitality!
  • Possess a smart, pristine appearance to adhere to the company’s uniform/presentation standards.
  • Uniform is provided.

Full training to a 5* standard will be provided.Part-time, fixed-hours positions can be considered – please enquire upon application.Please note that the hours of work more often than not include weekends, and there will be late finishes onwedding and event functions, hence a flexible approach to work is essential.Salary: From: 28.600.00 per year for full-time position. Dependant upon experience
