Hillbark Hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our teams at the Hillbark Hotel & Spa,Wirral, for its Food & Beverage department.As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our 5 star, 3AA Rosette Chef Kevin Lynn’s Dining Room & Cellar Restaurants, 2 Bars, Weddings, Events, Breakfasts, Afternoon Teas and Corporate Hospitality.The ideal candidate will:
- Work as a hands on member of the restaurant team, communicating with kitchen, events and other
- departments, ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail.
- Show enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer care with an
- approachable and friendly manner.
- Assist in maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the front and back of house areas of the hotel toa 5* Standard.
- Capable of understanding Menus, Fine-Dining and Silver Service or willing to train in these areas.
- Assist in preparations and set-up for meetings and events.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and multitask. Must be a team-player.
- Have the ability to use their own initiative.
- Have a positive Can Do attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and exceed the expectations ofeven the most discerning costumer while delivering excellence in service and hospitality!
- Possess a smart, pristine appearance to adhere to the company’s uniform/presentation standards.
- Uniform is provided.
Full training to a 5* standard will be provided.Part-time, fixed-hours positions can be considered – please enquire upon application.Please note that the hours of work more often than not include weekends, and there will be late finishes onwedding and event functions, hence a flexible approach to work is essential.Salary: From: 28.600.00 per year for full-time position.
