This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a dynamic team in a fine dining environment.
About the Role:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef and the Head Chef in delivering the highest standards of food and service. You will have the opportunity to work with top-quality ingredients, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant’s commitment to seasonal, modern British cuisine.
The ideal Sous Chef
- Fine Dining Exposure: The ideal Sous Chef will have experience in a fine dining kitchen, ideally in a similar modern British cuisine
- Passionate About Food: You must have a true passion for food, be excited by food trends, and enjoy creating memorable culinary experiences, as your ideas will be listened to when planning the dishes
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar, ideally Rosette restaurant
- Team Player: A strong team ethos and a positive attitude towards collaboration and training are key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef and the Head Chef
- Bring innovative ideas to the table when planning dishes for their seasonal changing menu
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
- Support in managing junior members of the team and help them develop their skills
- Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented according to the restaurant’s standards
- Stay up to date with food trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu
