About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping across both properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. You’ll manage and mentor a dedicated team, coordinate daily operations, and maintain a sharp eye for detail and consistency across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and motivate the housekeeping teams across both hotels

• Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas

• Manage rotas, stock levels, and budgets effectively

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene procedures

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand and quality standards

• Liaise closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a luxury or boutique hotel environment

• A strong leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
