Appello is seeking a Commercial Coordinator for a hybrid role based in New Milton, offering a salary between £28,000 and £30,000, depending on experience. COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: £28-30,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid – New Milton
This role is a UK based role and any remote work must also be within the UK.

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
A good general standard of secondary education.
GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent or NVQ Level 2/3.
A business related qualification is desirable.
EXPERIENCE
Proven track record in coordinating business services/requirements
Communication at B2B level and an understanding of good business practice is essential.
Highly effective & professional written and verbal communication, relevant work history to evidence this.
KNOWLEDGE
Computer literacy is essential.
Advanced Excel skills are fundamental in this role alongside good level of skill in Word, Outlook and Microsoft 365 suite.
The ability to interpret, handle and analyse large data sets is essential.
Core administration skills including letter writing and organisational skills are required. In addition, some advanced Word skills are required.

THE ROLE
As a Commercial Coordinator at Appello you will be responsible for ensuring all Appello customers have contracts set up for legal and billing purposes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Creating contracts and maintaining the contract database
Monitoring contract performance, renewals, and compliance
Ensuring all issued sims are being invoiced for working with the Sim Card Asset Manager
Highlighting risks and commercial opportunities in existing agreements
Communicating with the customer to arrange billing outside of warranty and organise purchase orders
