As A ctivities M anger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club . You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.
We take pride in the service we offer our members so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the recruitment,” training “and empowerment of your team to ensure they bring their A-game to work each and every day in order to deliver an exception experience to our members.

About you :
As Activities Manager , we are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).”
- Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
- Overall great communication and collaboration skills
- Experience of financial planning and management.”
- A passion about customer service.”
