A restaurant with rooms is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations within its senior management team. The establishment features a fresh food operation specialising in Modern European cuisine, serving high volumes from breakfast to dinner. The Executive Chef will manage two Head Chefs and a team of 25 chefs, employing a hands-on management style. Responsibilities include innovating menu ideas and meeting food cost and payroll targets. Candidates must have experience at Head Chef level in a high-quality environment. A competitive salary and an additional potential of £9.5K in tips are offered, along with assistance for relocation.
This impressively situated restaurant with rooms are currently looking for an Executive Chef to join the senior management team and take complete control of kitchen operations.With a completely fresh food operation (Modern European cuisine) you will be operating at high volume levels from breakfast through to lunch and dinner.
With two Head Chefs (2 kitchens) reporting in and 25 chefs.
Your job will be to effectively manage and develop them.
Leading from the front with a hands-on management style.With no Head Office as Executive Chef you will be required to introduce innovative menu ideas where appropriate and ensure food cost and payroll targets are achieved.For this Executive Chef role you must have worked to at least Head Chef level in a high quality restaurant/hotel environment, and be able to demonstrate a track record in a high volume service.Along with a decent basic salary there is an opportunity to earn up to £9.5K (per annum) in tips.
