The role involves preparing and cooking pastries, managing stock and waste, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating respectfully with management. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Commis Chef to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park
Servingbreakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
ofsmall farmers &suppliers from acrossthe UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.
Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie & breadto jams,
juices and pickles.

As Pastry Commis Chef, you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing, cooking within your designated section
• Stock control & waste management
• Ensuring you follow H&S regulations
• Demonstrating a respectful attitude & responding respectfully to the demands of the Management team.
