A leading contract caterer is seeking a General Manager for one of their business and industry sites in Central London, offering a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus a bonus. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in contract catering, alongside strong retail and event management skills. They must also possess a good understanding of financials, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience managing front of house and back of house staff. Candidates must have held a relevant managerial role within the last year.
