HGV Class 2 Driver

Turbo Driving is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers to enhance their expanding transport and logistics team. Candidates should ideally possess three months of driving experience, although new passes with relevant delivery experience may be considered. The role involves self-loading and delivering palletised stock to smaller depots, with various shift patterns available, including nights at a rate of £14.38 per hour. Applicants must hold a valid UK Category C+E driving licence and have up-to-date CPC and Digi-tacho cards. Turbo Driving offers guaranteed shifts, weekly pay, and a friendly work environment.

*Turbo Driving are looking for HGV class 2 drivers to join a growing transport and logistics team..*
Assessments before commencement of shifts then once passed you will be given an Immediate start.
*HGV class 2 driver experience needed: ideally 3 months experience but would consider new passes with delivery experience.*
Start times: 23.00pm
*All shift patterns considered – *4 on 4 off, 5 on 3 off, 5 shifts, 2 shifts, ad hoc and weekend only all available with this contract

The role:
As an HGV class 2 driver, you will:
* self load and self tip
* palletised stock from the depot
* Deliver to other smaller depots known as local delivery units (LDU)
* approx. 3-4 drops per shift
* use a pump truck and tail lift
About you:
As an HGV class 2 driver you will have:
* A valid UK Category C+E driving license
* Up-to-date CPC and Digi-tacho cards
* Max 6 points (no CD/IN/TT/DR)
* Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance
* A professional and customer-focused approach
