- Have previous experience within a Michelin Star or fine dinning environment.
- You are eager to learn from the Head waiter/waitress and support senior members of the team.

- Attention to detail with good customer service.
- A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Good command and understanding of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills.
