TheHousekeeping Manageris entrusted with overseeing all areas and associates of the Housekeeping operation in close liaison with the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.Key expectations of this role
- Taking part in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to your allocated associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and the highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
- Managing cost and revenue in your assigned areas of the Housekeeping department without impact on brand, or quality standards.
- Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.
Profile
- Experience at a managerial level within a large luxury hotel environment.
- A good understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
- Possessing an analytical mindset and base decisions on available data
- Proven strategic project management and delegation skills.
