- Base salary of £38,000 plus around £4000 per annum in service charge additional

Key responsibilities for our Junior Sous Chef
- Leading the kitchen team in the hot section, pastry section and Sushi section
- Cooking using a variety of methods including the Robata grill and making Tempura
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness, date labeling, daily checking of temperatures etc.
- Assisting with training of chefs in menus, COSHH, HACCAP, daily schedules etc.
- Assisting with stock ordering and monthly stock takes
- Assisting with creation of menus
You will be reporting to the Executive Chef within the Food and Beverage team.
