Location: * Leeds, LS15 8GB (with hybrid working 50/50 after completion of training
Salary: £40 – £50k per annum DOE plus extensive benefits

What you’ll be doing?
Overseeing the team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to agreed deadlines
Overseeing stock control alongside the purchasing and operations teams and ensure processes are accurate and accounting for month end
Management accounts for the Services division
Partnering with Services and Business Development Teams to ensure viability and profitability
Balance Sheet and Control Account reconciliations and review
Maximising continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring controls and processes are adhered to
Balance sheet and control account reconciliations and review, and assisting with Financial Year End and Annual Audit
Preparation and review of other key financial reports and assisting the Finance Manager providing information to the business/involvement in finance projects
Who are we looking for?
Qualified (or soon to be qualified) ACCA, CIMA, or ACA with demonstrable experience in a similar role
Experience of managing a team and driving process change
Commercially focussed with strong personal drive, high attention to detail and deadline driven
Strong communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels
Experience of working in a pressurised environment and still able to deliver high quality work
A can-do approach and willing to be hands on
Familiairity where working withing company and ethical rules are the norm
Advanced Excel ability and familiarity with MS office suite
