Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Pre-Tenancy Manager in our Southampton office. The salary for this role is £25,500 – £27,500 depending on ecperience.
Let’s talk about the role. It involves
Handling all documentation related to the Pre-tenancy process, including inventory reports, check-in reports, deposits and pre-tenancy compliance
Act as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the pre-tenancy process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Assist in resolving any disputes regarding deposits, liaising with both landlords and tenants to reach fair and amicable resolutions. Including submission of dispute paperwork.

Previous experience in Lettings Management or a related field
Knowledge of the UK rental market would be highly beneficial
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with landlords, tenants, and third-party contractors
