A team is seeking a microbiologist to assist in training AI models by evaluating their performance and logic. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in biology, with a preference for those holding or pursuing a Masters or PhD in related fields. Responsibilities include presenting complex biology problems to AI chatbots and assessing their outputs for accuracy. The position is remote and offers flexible scheduling, with hourly pay starting at £29.72, along with bonuses for high-quality work. We are looking for a *microbiologist* to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
In this role you will need to hold an expert understanding of biology- a completed or in progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

Responsibilities:
* Give AI chatbots diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs
* Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications:
* A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required
* Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
* Detail-oriented
* Proficient in biology and inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
