*Hours:* Full time hours or part time job shares available!

*What You’ll Do:*
* Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Hopscotch Curriculum.
* Lead the implementation of initiatives such as Hopscotch Explorers and Boogie Mites.
* Observe and assess children’s development, using the three I’s. Intent, Implementation and Impact.
* Mentor and support your team, encouraging their professional development and fostering a positive team culture.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Monitor and support each child’s development and well-being, creating individual learning plans as needed.
* Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding.
*What You Bring to the Team:*
* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
* Proven experience in a nursery setting.
* A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to delivering outstanding early education.
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young children.
