30Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electronic Technician/PCB assembler for a leading production company in the Solihull area. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a dedication to quality workmanship. In turn, you will receive professional development with potential in training into supervisory roles.
Pay Rate:
£11.79 P/H (With potential to increase once permanent contract is in place).
Working Hours:
Favourable dayshifts ( , Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will be confident in:
” Assembling Fire Alarm Systems and Access Control products for our clients.
” Working on Manufacturing Orders along with line cards/samples.
” Refurbishment of decommissioned products.
” Hand Soldering.
” Use of manual and electrical hand tools.
” Testing of produced equipment.
” Quality inspection to match company standards.
Candidate requirements for our Electronics Assembler/Technician include:
” Understanding of PCBs / surface mount technology as an Assembler or above
” Experience in high technology testing methods
” Experience in soldering and rework methods to IPC standards
” Experience in meeting strict manufacturing targets
” Diagnostic fault-finding experience as a manufacturing technician
” Competent in basic MS office packages
” Ideally you will come with some prior knowledge of telematics and may hold current accreditation in basic electrical assembly.
