131Job Description:HR Admin Assistant
Pertemps are seeking a strong administrator to join our client in Market Drayton on a temporary contract, supporting with HR Administration. You will be required to support management on a confidential project with a range of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will need to have strong administrative skills, within a HR environment is advantageous however not essential as you can be trained. The HR Admin Assistant has flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, however you will be required to support on-site more regularly when the project is in full swing.
Salary £11.54ph
Hours Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
Temporary contract – around 12-18 months | Starting February 2024.
Key Responsibilities not limited to:
- Administer and maintain accurate employee data, records, and files in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and record-keeping policies.
- Checking contracts before distributing to employees.
- Scheduling meetings and invites and taking minutes of meetings.
- Creating employee and manager training briefs/consultation packs.
- Recruitment administration to raise and onboard new starters.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
Ideal Candidate
- Will have a strong background in Administration, in a HR environment would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy whilst handling confidential and sensitive data and documents.
- Computer literacy: Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word, experience with and/or knowledge of business applications and tools.
- Excellent communication skills especially via telephone and email.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own means of transport is essential due to location.
