HGV Class 2 Driver

Turbo Driving is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to join their expanding transport and logistics team. Candidates must have a minimum of six months of Class 1 driving experience and will undergo assessments before starting. The positions offer flexible shift patterns, including full-time and part-time options, with start times between 22:00 and 00:00. Drivers will be responsible for self-loading and unloading palletised stock, making approximately three to four deliveries per shift. The role offers a competitive rate of £16.83 per hour and additional benefits such as guaranteed shifts and a friendly work environment.

Assessments before commencement of shifts then once passed you will be given an Immediate start.
*HGV class 2 driver experience needed (min 6 months class 1 experience)*
Start times: 22.00pm-00.00am
*All shift patterns considered – *4 on 4 off, 5 on 3 off, 5 shifts, 2 shifts, ad hoc and weekend only all available with this contract

The role:
As an HGV class 2 driver, you will:
* self load and self tip
* palletised stock
* Deliver to other smaller depots known as local delivery units (LDU)
* approx. 3-4 drops per shift
* use a pump truck and tail lift
About you:
As an HGV class 2 driver you will have:
* A valid UK Category C+E driving license
* Up-to-date CPC and Digi-tacho cards
* Max 6 points (no CD/IN/TT/DR)
* Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance
* A professional and customer-focused approach
