They are looking for anAssistant General Manager to join this exciting company. The role involves working closely with the General Manager, you will be accountable for the team and dealing with the day-to-day operational side of the business which involves,recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards
The perfect candidate should possess a genuine love for drinks/food, demonstrate creativity, and adeptly handle daily challenges in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. They should show a passion for supporting the business to new heights from a leadership position. As a well-rounded Senior Assistant General Manager, this individual must have a strong inclination towards engaging with the public and ensuring their overall experience is exceptional.
