The individual will work within the Railway Planning and Performance Directorate, specifically in the Civil Engineering team. Their responsibilities include supporting Operations, Economic, and Safety colleagues to ensure a safe, economical, and reliable railway system. The position plays a crucial part in maintaining the infrastructure that underpins railway functionality.
Engineering provides the infrastructure of the railway. We are concerned about the long-term
operation, maintenance, renewal, and enhancement of Engineering Assets. We support our
Operations, Economic and Safety colleagues in assuring a safe, economic, and reliable
railway.
