Non-Executive Director – Luxury Consumer
London
Commitment: 1 Day Per Week
We are excited to be working with a growing investment group who are enhancing their already strong portfolio of hospitality and leisure brands. The business has gone from strength to strength, with plans to grow across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic and ambitious luxury fitness concept within their portfolio.
The Individual:
We are looking for a hands-on CEO/ COO with a background in the consumer industry including travel, leisure or big brand and possesses experience with growth across the UK and Middle East, driving membership and attendance.
The ideal candidate must understand the luxury market and be able to commit to 1 day per week.
Requirements:
- Extensive background in Leisure/ consumer at CEO/COO level
- Operations background preferred
- Ability to appropriately challenge opinions and moderate the discussion of the board.
- Thorough understanding of boutique fitness and luxury leisure
- Ability to guide a business to a successful exit
- A strong understanding of fundraising and debt recovery
- Hands-on approach and willingness to immerse yourself in the business
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plans and objectives.
- Participate in Board meetings, providing constructive input and challenging assumptions when necessary.
