Accountany Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic Tax Director opportunity on behalf of our client, a leading firm in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Perfect for a CTA Senior Manager or established Director looking for next step up in their career towards becoming Tax Partner.
Working with an entrepreneurial client portfolio (including HNWIs, OMBs and Business Owners) involving a mixture of tax planning, advisory, compliance and ad hoc specialist projects.
Salary up to circa £90,000 DOE, extensive benefits package, option of WFH 2/3 days a week, lots of flexibility and a personal progression plan (to Equity Partner). Part time also considered.
*The Role:*
Managing a diverse tax portfolio
Managing/ assisting with the delivery of ad hoc tax projects
Tax Planning/ Identifying opportunities
Provision of advice in areas such as Capital Gains, Property tax & Inheritance tax
Succession Planning
Review of tax compliance
Providing support to Partners
Leading client meetings
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

ACA Qualified also considered
Significant private client or mixed tax advisory & compliance expertise
Excellent communication skills
Extensive tax background from UK practice
