Chestertons Estate Agency is seeking a Sales Lister for their South Kensington office, offering a salary between £25,000 and £28,000, alongside a £5,000 car allowance and an enhanced commission scheme. – 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing property listings, delivering outstanding customer service, and exceeding targets in a competitive market.

You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, an in-depth knowledge of the local property market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities: Assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.

Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.

Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.

Managing clients’ expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.

Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.

Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
