Big Motoring World Group is seeking a MET Technician for their Bodyshop team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will possess industry qualifications or have a minimum of two years' experience, alongside good communication and organisational skills. · Work shift Pattern is 06:00am – 15:30pm (Monday – Friday)
· Contracted Hours: 42.5 hours per week

*Duties and responsibilities*
· Stripping / refitting of bodywork panels in readiness for the bodyshop.
· Stripping / refitting of new parts.
. Ability to diagnose minor faults
· The ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.
· Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards
· Ensuring work areas and tools are kept tidy and in good working order
*What we are looking for!*
· As a MET Technician, you will ensure the repair of motor vehicles of all types is carried out to the highest standard.
· Ideal candidate should have industry qualifications or have minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role
· Good communicative skills and ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
· Good time management, planning skills and problem solving skills
· Prior experience of working to efficiency targets
· Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
· Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
· Ability to work as part of a Team
· Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work
· A full, valid UK driving licence is required
