We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our friendly and professional team at our stunning, high-end wedding venue. As Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the venue is presented beautifully and impeccably for every wedding and event. From sparkling suites to pristine public spaces, your attention to detail will help create the perfect setting for each couples special day.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Coordinate room and venue turnaround for weddings, events, and guest stays, ensuring all areas are guest-ready at all times.
- Oversee stock control and ordering of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
- Liaise with the events and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and set-up for weddings and functions.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a growing team as the venue expands and develops.
- Maintain strong compliance with health and safety, COSHH regulations, and hygiene standards.
