Bartender

Duck and Rice, an eclectic pub in Soho renowned for its exceptional Chinese cuisine, is seeking a full-time bartender to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in spirits and cocktail mixology, with a minimum of two years' experience in a bar or restaurant setting. Attention to detail, immaculate presentation, and teamwork are essential qualities. The position offers a salary of up to £15.00 per hour, plus tips, free daily staff meals, training programmes, and various company benefits, including discounts and life assurance. The Role

The ideal bartender will have an important role to play, creating an intuitive bar experience to each guest in Duck & Rice. The role is fundamentally responsible for recreating the supreme cocktails and beverages for each guest.

Skills and Experience requirements

• In-depth knowledge in all aspects of spirits, cocktails creation and mixology
• Focused with unsurpassed attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a cocktail/restaurant bar
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• A natural team player with a high degree of flexibility
