Keedwell Konnect is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual to join their growing team as a Customer Account Manager. The role involves managing and maintaining customer accounts by fulfilling their transport and logistical requirements. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and function as part of a team. Good geographical knowledge and IT skills are essential, and training will be provided for traffic systems used. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the company’s head office in Highbridge, Somerset. Keedwell Konnect aim to manage and maintain current and new customer accounts by diversifying national traffic flows amongst the RT Keedwell Group along with the support of our partner hauliers.
We strive to deliver a service that is reputable and leaves customers in perfect confidence that their consignment will get from A to B safely and efficiently.
*The Role*
Keedwell Konnect are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual to join a thriving office and growing team.
The role itself entails the individual to grow, manage and maintain a customer base by fulfilling the customers transport & logistical requirements, utilising RT Keedwell fleet vehicles along with a strong & established number of partner hauliers.
This is a full time (45 hours per week), office based role at our head office in Highbridge, Somerset. Very competitive salary reflective upon experience along with a very appealing bonus structure.
*About You*
Candidates must be able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and function as part of a team. You will need to be organised, punctual and target driven.
A good geographical knowledge and IT skills (Microsoft applications & emails) are essential. Training will be provided for traffic systems used.
Entrepreneurial skills will also aid development within this role.
