BEN-Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund
The overall purpose of the role is to support the delivery of facilities management services at a designated BEN site. This includes maintaining all buildings, plant, and equipment, as well as overseeing the upkeep of external gardens and grounds to meet BEN's high standards. The individual will be responsible for carrying out remedial repairs and general building maintenance, ensuring a safe environment for customers and visitors at all times.
