Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:

A specialist personal injury practice in Leeds is seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal to join its RTA Portal division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims through all three stages of the MOJ Portal process, as well as handling cases through Parts 7 and 8 autonomously. The firm offers a range of benefits, including a minimum of 25 days’ holiday, a hybrid working model, and training and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months’ experience in a similar role.

About the role
Working within a friendly and dedicated MOJ Portal team, you’ll be given responsibility for your own caseload from day one! You’ll deal with an array of pre-litigated RTA claims through all three stages of the MOJ Portal process and also manage cases through Parts 7 & 8 autonomously.
The department has grown rapidly over the last several years and with lots of new instruction from its dedicated insurance clients it has an excellent opening for a strong paralegal with a minimum of 18 months of experience.
