Extrastaff is currently recruiting drivers for a client based in Trumpington. The drivers will be responsible for delivering white goods to customer’s homes, with the assistance of a drivers mate. The role is 44 hours a week, with overtime options available. The pay rate starts at £13.25 per hour and can increase to £15.75 per hour with further training. Lunch is also subsidised throughout the working week. There are potential permanent roles available after 12 weeks, staff discounts on stock, and onsite parking. Job Description:Extrastaff are currently working with a client of ours based in Trumpington recruiting drivers to join their busy team. We are looking for drivers who are comfortable lifting white goods with a drivers mate, and making deliveries to customer’s homes as instructed at the start of the day.
This role will be 44 hours a week working 4 days 06:00 to 17:00 between Monday and Saturday as per your rota. Overtime is regularly available. The pay rate is £13.25 per hour initially, with options of further training to increase this to £15.75 per hour.
Lunch is also subsidised throughout the working week.
Responsibilities:
Make multi drop deliveries to customer’s homes
Assist drivers mate in unloading goods
Offer great customer service
Abide by driving hours at all times
