Job Description:Panel Beater / Panel Technician

• Starting hourly rate of up to £14-16 per hour (negotiable pending experience), with efficiency incentives taking the rate up to £18 per hour.
• Time efficiency based bonus scheme giving you a realistic on-target-earnings of circa £45-50,000 per annum! 
• Potential initial salary guarantee. 
• Overtime subject to availability paid at standard rate.
• 20 days annual leave plus the 8 the bank holidays, increasing to 25 days over continuous length of service.

We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater in the Hereford area. Our Client has a requirement for a Panel Beater to join their large automotive accident repair centre.

Our Client, an Automotive accident repair centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to complement their existing team of Panel Beaters.

What they require from the successful Panel Beater:

• A previous working experience within a Panel Beater / Panel Technician role.
• ATA would be advantageous to your application
• Full Panel Beater qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail
• A good communicator

Typical duties of a Panel Beater for our Client:

• Replacement of Panels
• Removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles
• Panel Straightening and Filling
• Body Alignment
• Welding and Bonding

The salary of this Panel Beater role is up to £37,440.

As a Panel Beater for our client, you can expect to work 40-45 hours per week Monday to Friday with plenty of optional overtime available..
