Recently accredited ‘Very Good to Work for’ by employee engagement specialists, Best Companies, we’re excited to be recruiting for a fluent French speaker to join our recruitment team and grow our French team by 50%.
Our new French speaking Recruiter may come from a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, you will have experience of working as an in-house Recruiter. We are also interested in speaking with fluent French speakers who are people managers, with a desire to specialise in recruitment, or highly organised, people-focused individuals who want to use their exceptional French language skills to kick start a career in recruitment. In this role you will lead the build-out of our French team and become a trusted recruitment expert, using psychometric tools to assess risk as part of our robust end-to-end recruitment process.
Our Recruiter will:
• Speak fluent French and use these skills to build a world class team in Cergy, France
• Define, shape, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all business functions
• Be an exceptional communicator, comfortable working at all levels
• Be a highly skilled negotiator, with outstanding influencing skills
• Be well-versed in delivering a world class candidate experience
• Continuously seek out innovative routes to market, developing strategies for success across all campaigns
• Use psychometric and other assessment tools as part of the selection process
• Analyse and report on recruitment campaigns, recommending future improvements
• Lead recruitment or people related improvement projects
You bring:
• Fluent French language skills, with a flair for building rapport and long-standing relationships
• Recruitment and/or experience in people management
• Exceptional organisation and planning skills
• An open mind, a thirst for knowledge, and a willingness to learn
• A naturally inquisitive nature, with a desire to challenge the status quo

• Salary up to £39,000 depending on experience (we’re happy to discuss)
