Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:
There is an opportunity to run your own pub in Yarmouth, with the added benefit of living in the accommodation rent-free. This drinks-led community pub is looking for someone who wants to be their own boss, with the support of a larger company. As a self-employed operator, you will receive a percentage of the weekly net turnover to pay yourself and your staff, along with other benefits such as an industry-leading profit share scheme and low ingoing costs. The requirements for this role include holding a Personal Licence and having an entrepreneurial flair.

What’s Your Pub operator Role?
As a confident leader within our forward-thinking business, you will create an environment of coaching and developing for the team around you whilst driving the business to the next level through challenging KPI’s. You will be customer focused and have a wealth of operational experience to enhance the customer journey at every point.
