As a Community Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals within our community.

Shift Details:
- 7 am – 2 pm and 4 pm – 10 pm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence
- Supporting clients with medication management and administration
- Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
- Full driving licence and car required for this role.
