58Job Description:Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a Trainee Press Brake Operator on behalf of our client in Dudley. As a Trainee Press Brake Operator, you will be trained to operate press brake machines used to bend and shape metal sheets. You will work alongside experienced operators and receive hands-on training to ensure you develop the skills necessary to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating press brake machines.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Hours of work:
6am-2pm Monday-Friday
Rate of pay:
£12.30 with scope to increase after training.Location: West Midlands, Dudley
